Green juice and delicious in the same sentence is hard to come by right? We all know the green stuff is good for us, but trying to make it taste good is a challenge. This healthy vege juice is soo yummy and full of vegetables. It only has one fruit ingredient so it is really low in calories and sugar! You don't have any excuses now! Enjoy x x

Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
1 handful of spinach
1 orange, peeled
2 medium carrots, peeled
2 medium-sized slices of cucumber (half of a halved cucumber)
1/2 cup of water
1 celery stick, chopped in two.
1 Tbsp of chia seeds (optional)
Method
Juice the orange, carrots, celery and cucumber.
Add juice to a blender along with chia seeds, spinach and water. (alternatively chuck everything in the juicer if you're lazy like me!)
Pour in to a glass with some ice. Delicious
