If you are wanting to introduce more veggies into your kids diet, substitute potatoes for carrots and make delicious chips with hardly any oil.
You can roast yummy chip vegetables such as potatoes, zucchini, sweet potato, carrots or beetroot and the vegetables always turn out delicious and crunchy. I like to place my vegetables in a chip maker which uses much less oil (about 1 to 2 tablespoons) and makes the veggies crispy and delicious every time.
If you want a simple lunchtime snack, or a snack before dinner, then this is the easiest thing you can make. Bake with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and you will love it every time.
