Creamy Spinach Gnocchi
Get some greens on your spoon with this delicious spinach gnocchi that everyone will love.
This is a beautifully creamy pasta or gnocchi sauce that is so easy to make, you will surely be making it again and again.
The wonderfully blended green ingredients taste fresh and healthy for you. It looks amazing on the plate and its a perfect way to get some greens into the kids.

: 4 or more servings
1 bunch of silver beet leaves
2 garlic cloves
1 red onion
1 cup of cream
1 tablespoon of dried vegetable stock
Prepare the silverbeet by slicing it up coarsley.
In a food processor, blend up the garlic, onion and spinach.
Fry up the blended ingredients in extra virgin olive oil and stir until cooked through.
Add the vegetable stock and cook on low.
Cook up the gnocchi. Add the cream to the sauce. Pour the creamy spinach sauce over the top of the gnocchi. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
