People don't experiment enough with fruit, and to keep little ones interested you have to be inventive; here's a fruity dessert which your little ones will love, and it's dairy-free and naturally sugar-free.

Cooking Time: 1 minutes
Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients
100G blueberries
10 strawberries
1 banana
100g yogurt (optional)
Tblsp coconut oil
Tsp sunflower seeds

Required berries
Method
Add the fruit to a blender.
Double check it is smooth - it should be a bright pink concoction.
Pour into cups and warm in the microwave for one minute.
You will have a darker, thicker smoothie which is creamy in texture. It can be eaten with a spoon alone if you wish.
Top with the sunflower seeds
If you would like it even creamier add in a swirl of natural yogurt.
