Ingredients 180g unsalted butter
1/3 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, or chopped white chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and line some baking trays.
Place the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until pale and creamy.
Add the condensed milk and beat until combined.
Sift in the flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Use a wooden spoon to fold these into the butter mixture until a smooth dough forms.
Add the chocolate chips and fold these through until embedded within the cookie dough.
Use your hands to roll 1-2 teaspoonfuls of cookie dough into small balls. Flatten each slightly with your hand.
