Comforting winter smoothie

Smoothies are a delicious and healthy treat, but when the temperature drops it's not top of the list of things to eat. Thus, I created a warming Winter smoothie.

If your little one is refusing fruit and vegetables, serve up a glass of this, and watch their faces transform - warming cinnamon and nutmeg make for an irresistible Wintery drink.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1 banana
Tblsp maca powder
50ml Jersey milk
Half tsp cinnamon
Half a tsp grated nutmeg

Required ingredients


Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.



Blend



Pour into a mug and heat up.
