Chocolate Cream Cheese Balls
Easy to make, Chocolate Cream Cheese Balls to eat with one giant bite!
: 10 minutes
: 15 minutes refrigeration
: 8 servings
60g arnotts marie biscuits
100g cream cheese, softened
90g milk chocolate
100s & 1000s
In a blender process the biscuits until fine.
Use a fork to soften and break the cream cheese down.
Add the biscuits and cream cheese together and stir to combine well.
With clean hands, roll the cream cheese mixture into round balls.
Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stopping to stir every 15 seconds.
Roll the cream cheese balls in the chocolate.
Place on a plate and sprinkle with 100s & 1000s to decorate.
