1 Tbsp milk
2/3 cup sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 mint leaf
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/8 cup sugar
Mash the avocado with a spoon or fork.
Heat sugar, milk and mint leaf in medium heat until the sugar melts. Then remove the mint leaf. For a stronger mint taste, add more mint leaves.
Now reduce the heat to low and add the chocolate powder. Mix without lumps to form a thick paste. Heat for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Add the mashed avocado into the chocolate paste. Mix well to combine. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or until firm enough to handle.
To prepare the dusting flour, powder the sugar (or use powdered sugar), and mix with cocoa powder.
Scoop a tablespoon of chocolate avocado mix into the dusting sugar and roll it in the sugar cocoa mix.
Toss it in your palm to form a ball.
Place them in a pan lined with parchment paper. Dust with more sugar to coat the truffle.
Enjoy the sweet truffles with your kids.
