Ingredients 3 Cups chickpea flour, sieved
1 Coarsely shredded zucchini
1 Small sliced onion
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tsp chilli powder
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Cup or more water
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Mix the flour, water and zucchini in a large mixing bowl.
Add more water if required to make a batter similar to pancakes.
Add the onions, chilli powder, coriander powder, cheese and salt to taste.
Drop a ladle of the batter on a non-stick or cast-iron pan.
Cook on both sides with the help of oil till golden brown on medium heat.
