Cajun chicken & avocado wrap

This simple and tasty wrap is perfect for when you want something quick and light but satisfying. It is suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kids would love them too!



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
4 chicken tenderloins, washed and dried
4 cos lettuces leaves, washed and dried
1 tomato, sliced into 6 thin slices
1 avocado, halved and stoned
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
cajun seasoning
2 mini wraps



Method
Season both sides of the chicken tenderloins with cajun seasoning.



Heat a griddle pan on high heat and grill the chicken tenderloins for 10 minutes, turning once.



Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the wrap.



Place 2 cos lettuces on top.



Arrange 3 slices of tomatoes on top of the cos lettuces.



Scoop out the avocado with a teaspoon and place on top of the tomatoes.



Place 2 chicken tenderloins on top of the avocados.



Fold the wrap bottom up.



Fold in both sides of the wrap.



Toast the wrap for 2 minutes.



Serve immediately.
