Buttery broccoli and sweet peppers
Pecorimo peppers are great between little ones because they're small bright and sweet. Broccoli is a bit harder to love, but with a little effort, and clever presentation kids will want to dig into these 'mini trees'.

: 4 child servings
5/6 mixed pecorino peppers
6 tender stem broccoli
Tbslp salted butter
Glug of balsamic vinegar
Tsp black pepper
Sprig of Thyme
Tblsp coconut oil
Place the broccoli in a saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

This is a great sharing plate between kids. Alongside the broccoli you've got a delicious plate of sides.
