Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza is very easy to make and a healthy snack item for kids.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
2 slices of wholemeal bread
Finely chopped tomato, capsicum,onion
4-5 spoons butter
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
Mixed herbs
Salt to taste

Method

Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan and add all the chopped vegetables. Mix it well with the butter.



Let the vegetables cook for 2-3 minutes. Add mixed herbs and salt to taste.

Now Take 2 bread slices and cut it diagonally into two pieces and apply sauce on 1 side of the bread.



Now spread the above mixture on it.



Now sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on the bread.



Now heat a flat pan, place the bread on it and cover it with the lid till the it turns slight golden brown in colour and the cheese starts melting on the bread.

Once it is ready, place it on the serving plate and serve it hot with tomato sauce.



Note : You can make these bread pizzas in oven as wel. For that, you need to preheat the oven and then arrange the pizza bread on it and bake it for 15 minutes and 250 degrees F.
