Sea bream is a fleshy white fish, which is a hit with kids.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 sea bream fillet
2 onions
1 small beetroot bulb
2 carrots
Sprig of thyme
Sprig of rosemary
Tblsp olive oil
Method
Chop all of the vegetables.
Add the vegetables to a baking dish with all of the seasoning and drizzle with oil.
Place the fish on top and place in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees/gas mark 4.
Remove from the oven - the fish should have wilted somewhat along with the vegetables.
Remove the skin from the fish, and add the vegetables and fish to a bowl.
Add to a tupperware bowl, if your kids would like to take this meal to school.
