Banana, Raspberry And Mango Smoothie
This is sweet and still healthy, and is an easy smoothie which can be a good way to get children who may not like fruit, to have some.
I have this for breakfast a few mornings a week and therefore buy the frozen cubes of fruit nuggets in bulk. These can be bought at
If you do not use the milk, which is optional, it will be very thick.
You can, of course, vary which fruits you use, and you could use fresh fruit however this works out far cheaper.
: 5 minutes
: no cooking
: 2 servings
4 cubes frozen mango nuggets
2 cubes frozen raspberry nuggets
1-2 pineapple nugget (optional)
About half a cup of milk (optional)
Place all ingredients into a blender or similar.
I use the "chop ice" button initially, and then the "smoothie" button for a minute after that.
Serve immediately and eat with a spoon.
