Banana Choc Chip Parcels
These Banana Choc Chip Parcels are easy to make, golden and crunchy with a soft, moist centre. A great afternoon snack after play!

: 12 servings
3 sheets puff pastry, thawed
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp almond flakes
¼ cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 200°C, line a baking tray.
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Stir in the brown sugar, almond flakes and chocolate chips.
Cut the pastry into four squares.
Place a spoonful of the banana mixture into the centre of each pastry square.
Bring in the opposite corners and press together. Repeat for each pastry and place on the prepared tray.
Brush with milk
Bake for 20 minutes or until pastry is golden and puffed.
Serve warm and enjoy.
