Baked Chicken Nuggets

Quick and easy dunkable chicken pieces in a crispy coating, perfect to make with the whole family!

: 8 servings
600g chicken breast, cut into 3cm pieces
2 cups bread crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon mild paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Sweet chili sauce, to serve
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray.
Slice the chicken into 3 cm chunks.
Whisk together the egg and milk.
In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, paprika, garlic salt, herbs, and pepper.
Coat each chicken piece in egg/milk, then coat each in the bread crumb mixture.
Place each piece onto the baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through, turning the chicken pieces at halfway.
Serve hot from the oven with a sweet chili sauce dip.
