3 ingredient banana muffins
Muffins are a wonderful treat and I found a winning recipe which only contains three ingredients. Natural ingredients are the basis of these muffins.
: 5 minutes
: 30 minutes
: 7 servings
3 ripe bananas
Tsp bicarbonate of soda (optional)
Add the bananas to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Add the oats and bicarbonate to a bowl.
Pour in the blended bananas and combine.
Pour the muffin mix into muffin cases and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
