2-Ingredient Banana Pancakes
Make pancakes with only 2 ingredients for a super fast, healthy breakfast.

: 3-4 servings
2 eggs, whisked
2 bananas, mashed
1 banana, sliced, to serve
Golden syrup, to serve
In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk the eggs.
Peel and mash both bananas. Stir these into the eggs.
Heat some canola spray in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon layers of the banana mixture into the pan to form each pancake. Cook for 3-5 minutes on one side, or until golden brown.
Flip each pancake, then cook on the other side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with a topping of sliced bananas and golden syrup.
